North DMC (Delhi Municipal Corporation) Medical College is one of the total three Medical Colleges being run in India by the Municipal Corporations.

The Department of Anatomy at North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College was started in August 2013. It is presently located in the Ward Block of the Hindu Rao Hospital. It has spacious dissection hall, two big demonstration rooms, histology laboratory, research laboratory, library, museum as well as faculty, resident and ancillary staff rooms. The major activities are presently focused on teaching undergraduate students and efforts are being made to initiate research activities. The students are undergoing multiple formative assessments as revision exercises.
Dr. Shashi Wadhwa is an alumnus of Medical College, Jabalpur, MP. She received her postgraduate training in MS (Anatomy) and PhD. Degree from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, and superannuated as Professor and Head of Anatomy and Dean (Academic). She has 67 International and 38 National research publications, 27 chapters in books and has edited 13 books and monographs.
Dr Preeti Shrivastava did her MBBS from SCB Medical College, Cuttack, Odisha and MS (Anatomy) from VSS Medical College, Burla, Sambalpur, Odisha. She has also done a postgraduate diploma in family medicine (PGDFM) from CMC Vellore. She joined NDMC Medical College and Hindu Rao Hospital in 2013 as an Associate Professor and has a teaching experience of over 9 years.
She has 3 international publications and 2 national publications. In addition to that she has presented papers in several Anatomy Conferences. Her area of interest lies in Clinical Anatomy.
Dr. Neha did her MBBS from L.L.R.M. Medical College, Meerut, 2000 – 2006. She received her postgraduation (MD Anatomy) from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, 2007-2010. Presently working as Assistant Professor at North DMC Medical College since January 2014. She has 2 International publications to her credit on plastination. The area of her interest is plastination of various cadaveric structures for clinical, diagnostic and educational purposes.
